SUMMARY:NVC & Boundaries
DESCRIPTION:Weekend workshop\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat a delicate human moment it is — the one in which someone says or receives a “no.” \n“Can we make love?”\n— No. \n“Would you like to go for a coffee with me?”\n— No. \n“Would you like to work together?”\n— No. \nIt takes such vulnerability to voice a request — to courageously share your heart and its dreams. And it takes just as much courage to stay true to yourself\, not to please the other at the cost of your own authenticity. \nSo often we end up saying yes when we actually mean no — because we’re afraid of losing connection\, or because “it’s the right thing to do.” \nThis weekend is an exploration of those delicate moments — their depth\, their vulnerability\, and the dynamics they reveal. We’ll begin by discovering our own boundaries and what truly matters to us\, since so much confusion and pain arise when we don’t even know\nwhere our boundaries are. \nWe’ll learn to say no in a way that is authentic\, safe\, and connecting. We’ll learn how to receive a\nno without betraying the vulnerability that comes with it. We’ll learn how to transform the moment of giving or receiving a\nno from a wall into the beginning of a meaningful dialogue — one where\nyou can be you\, and I can be me\, together. \n“Words are windows\, or they’re walls.” — Marshall Rosenberg \n  \nTeaching Style \nExpect minimum 50-70% practice and exercises\, demonstrations and other interactive ways to engage\, and the rest it’s gonna be theory. \nWhen? \n6 -7 June 2026 \nSaturday & Sunday: 10:00 – 17:30 \n\n\nDaily schedule: \nSaturday Arrival: From 9:30 \nMorning Workshop / Practice space: 10-13 \nLunch: 13 – 14:15 \nAfternoon Workshop / Practice space: 14:15 – 17:30 \n Sunday Arrival: From 9:30 \nMorning Workshop / Practice space: 10-13 \nLunch: 13 – 14:15 \nAfternoon Workshop / Practice space: 14:15 – 16:00 \nFinancial Co-Responsibility Circle: 16:15 – 17:30 \nGoodbyes: Until 18:30 \n \nWe’ll have organic breaks to support us through the schedule. \n\nWhere? \nBraschzeile 12-14\, 14109 Berlin (Wannsee). \nFor this 2 days workshop\, we’ll be able to gather in the privacy and calmness of a house in Wannsee. A large garden with solemn old trees offers the grounding and space needed to gently move into the vulnerability to meet ourselves and each other at our boundaries and in the pain of where they’ve been crossed.  \nIt’s possible to sleep on site for a limited amount of people\, priority it’s given to who comes from out of town. \n \nExperience: \nNo previous experience it’s required\, everyone is welcome. The exercises will allow deepening the NVC practice even when you already have experience with it. \n \n \nWho is this for? \nSpace is limited to a group of 14 people. As we want to create a safe container to also explore our hurting parts\, we would prefer people to join for the full weekend flow. If you can’t join the whole thing contact us and we’ll see if it’s fitting for you to join only one day or a part of the workshop. \n \n \nPrice? \nThis event is neither charged\, nor free. \nWe’re intending to create/ to play with a conscious systems-based approach to money and how it flows in between humans. We want resources to flow towards serving & nourishing life. As we are co-creating learning\, developmental and healing spaces we want to care for what’s needed for people to attend as well as for what’s needed so that we can continue to co-create such spaces. \nThat’s why we’ll offer two systems of distributing (monetary) resources in between the people present in an attempt to make this event financially sustainable for everyone. \n \n \nAbout the food \nDinner and lunch will be prepared in advance\, let us know of any special food allergies \n\nRegister \nTo register\, please fill this form. \n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nYour Instructors\n\n\nMartina Pesce & Matthias Flury \n\n\nMartina Pesce \nMy mission is to contribute to a world where everyone can be heard and seen\, by others and themselves. \nHi\, I’m Martina. I came in contact with Nonviolent Communication (NVC) through a relationship where I started to grasp the beauty of this tool. After 3 years of self-study and occasional practice\, I was touched by how this communication allowed me to connect with my mum in conflict\, so strongly that I felt love for her for the first time in 20 years.\nUnsatisfied with the lack of mental health support in the neuroscience research field\, I decided to switch careers and dive deep into NVC. I trained as a mediator\, counsellor and trainer at the Connecting2life school (Yoram Mosenzon). It was a two-year-long process of embodying the tool and then learning how to transmit it so that it could sink in the body. For a year I’ve been holding my workshops\, courses and 1:1 practice.\nMy approach is based on practice and embodiment. I found NVC very revolutionary and with that respect\, I like to let sink in our system a few bits of info at the time\, rather than an overwhelming waterfall of theory. \nMatthias Flury \nHi. My name is Matthias. To be honest with you\, I’m incredibly hesitant to write this short biography about myself. Part of the resistance comes from a fear of not being enough – it’s an insecurity that often comes alive since for many years of my life my need for connection wasn’t met\, no matter what I tried. Out of this experience I’m shy to show and present myself\, even to an unknown reader\, to not go through the pain of rejection again. Another source for this hesitation is that I’ve got an idea of how I need to present myself here as a teacher. “I need to sell myself well and in a way that will make you trust me and curious to learn from me”. And I’m worried that I’ll try to perform as something I’m not in order to achieve that. Underneath the pressure of trying to be perfect I’m certain I’ll lose something incredibly important. I’ll lose connection to myself and with that any hope of actually contributing value to you.\nThat’s why I’ll start this introduction of myself like this. I’m looking forward to meeting you and exploring together how we can connect to our feelings and unknown desires. How we can hold space and lovingly meet each other exactly where we are in our authentic selves. This is the place where relationships gain intimacy and depth\, where love grows and where life begins to make sense.\nJust in case you actually want to know about my background: I started learning about NVC in 2019\, took my first lessons with Empathie Stadt Zurich in 2020\, and completed my education in 2023 with a course about teaching and embodying NVC by CNVC-Trainer Yoram Mosenzon. I regularly support NVC-teachers as an assistant in their courses and occasionally teach myself. If you have any questions you can reach me at matthias.flury@mail.ch.

SUMMARY:Unlocking Empathy
DESCRIPTION:About the workshop\nIn this weekend workshop we’ll explore\, experience and unlock the power of empathy and self-empathy. \nYou’ll get a hands-on experience with the art of empathic listening – a way to support trust\, compassion\, and allowing a deeper connection to happen. \n  \nAn entire workshop dedicated to Empathy?\nYes 🙂 Empathy is the key to connection and understanding. It plays a huge role in every interaction we have – at work\, in our relationships and in how we relate to ourselves (not to mentions politics..). Imagine what the world would look like if all of us had more empathy for each other! \n  \nSome of the subjects we’ll cover: \n\nHow to connect with the feelings and worldviews of others (even when they contradict ours)\nTranscending listening habits that create disconnection\nSelf-Empathy: The art of self-connection\nEmpathy & Boundaries\nEmpathy for Conflict Transformation\n\n  \nThis workshop is based on Nonviolent communication (NVC) – a mindful communication approach developed by psychologist Marshall Rosenberg. It teaches how to connect\, moment-by-moment\, with what’s most human in ourselves and others\, ultimately transforming the way we relate to one another. Rooted in compassion\, NVC shows a path to expressing our authenticity while connecting emphatically with the people in our lives. \n  \nYour Trainer – Ido Sternberg\, Certified Trainer (CNVC)\nI’m a mediator\, Certified Trainer for Nonviolent Communication (NVC)\, and NARM-Informed Professional. I am fascinated by human connection\, empathy\, and dialogue. Since 2018\, I’ve been helping individuals\, couples\, and teams have courageous conversations and transform their conflicts. \nWhen:\nSat\, June 13th 10:00 – 16:00\nSun\, June 14th 10:00 – 15:00 \nWhere:\nYogaraum Schöneberg\nMartin-Luther-Str. 46\n10779 Berlin \nRegister HERE

SUMMARY:NVC meets Authentic Voice
DESCRIPTION:About the Course\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNVC & Voice Workshop \n \nThis workshop brings together Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and voice work as two complementary paths of exploring how we express\, listen\, and relate. \nNVC offers a way to understand what is truly alive in us — beneath judgments\, reactions\, and habits of language. Voice work opens a direct\, embodied channel to express that aliveness — beyond words\, through sound\, vibration\, and presence. \nWhen these two meet\, something shifts: Communication becomes not only something we say\, but something we feel\, hear\, and resonate with. Perhaps even something we are. \n \nWhat we’ll explore \nThroughout the day (or weekend)\, we will move between these two practices\, letting them inform and deepen each other: \n\n\nHow to share authentically — and listen in a way that truly receives another \n\n\nHow voice can reveal what words alone cannot \n\n\nHow we can connect deeply to ourselves and others through our authentic sound \n\n\nHow judgments point toward deeper\, meaningful needs \n\n\nHow the 4 steps of NVC can be experienced not just cognitively\, but in the body \n\n\nHow needs live in us — and how they can be expressed through both language and sound \n\n\nHow empathy can be practiced not only through listening\, but also through collective voice \n \n\n\nWe’ll explore this through: \n\n\nGuided check-ins (spoken and vocal) \n\n\nPartner and group exercises \n\n\nEmbodied explorations of resonance and vibration \n\n\nReflective moments to integrate insights \n\n\n \nThe experience \nThis is a practice-based\, experiential space. We will move between speaking and sounding\, listening and sensing\, structure and openness. \nNo prior experience with NVC or authentic voice work is needed — just a willingness to explore and be present. \n \nPractical Details \n\n\nLocation: Kunstquartier Bethanien\, Mariannenplatz 2\, 10997 Berlin-Kreuzberg \n\n\nDates: 13th June 2026 \n\n\nTime: 10:00 – 17:00 \n\n\n \nPricing \nSliding scale: €70 – €90 \n \nWho is this for? For anyone curious about: \n\n\nBringing more authenticity into communication \n\n\nConnecting voice\, body\, and inner experience \n\n\nExploring NVC beyond concepts — as a lived practice \n\n\nExperiencing connection that goes beyond words \n \n\n\nRegistration \nTo register\, please fill this form. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nYour Instructors\n\n\nMartina Pesce & Anne Loek Beernink \n\n\n\n\n\nMartina Pesce\nMy mission is to contribute to a world where everyone can be heard and seen\, by others and themselves. \nHi\, I’m Martina.
