Basic course nonviolent communication – 7 week course

In this basic course we will teach:

• New ways to understand people no matter how they express themselves
• Get deeper insight into yourself and maybe dissolve some pain, depression, fear or anger.
• New possibilities to “deal” with people you experience as difficult.
• The difference of strategies and needs, and how we can understand and connect with (almost) everybody with their needs and motivation. From there we can build sustainable cooperation and relationships.
• A way to find and express your own boundaries
