The Empathy Café Berlin

February 8 @ 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm CET

Empathy Café Berlin – A place to give and receive real understanding

In today’s world, we rarely have spaces where we are truly heard and acknowledged. Instead of listening to understand, we often debate, argue, or get stuck in opinions and polarization. But what if we could create a different kind of conversation?

At the Empathy Café, we offer a warm and welcoming space to slow down and practice empathetic listening and Nonviolent Communication (NVC)—a space where we listen not to reply, but to try to really understand.

Each week, we explore and practice:
✨ Listening actively and empathically to make others feel heard
✨ Reflecting emotions and needs to create deeper understanding
✨ Expressing ourselves in a way that fosters connection instead of conflict

This is both a space for learning and growth but also just for having someone that listens to you if you need it or if you have something on your heart you want to be heard for, anything!

Through guided exercises, small group discussions, and practical tools, we’ll learn to communicate in a way that bridges differences, builds trust, and nurtures real human connection. In a world filled with noise and division, this is an antidote—a space for healing, growth, and mutual understanding.

No prior experience needed—just an open heart and curiosity for connection.
