Nonviolent Communication Empathy practice

Welcome to our fourteenth English Nonviolent communication practice.

This is your opportunity to practice NVC with others. Participants are invited to share a recent situation and the group will guess feelings and needs to construct the 4 step model sentence. We can also guess together the feelings and needs of the other side*.

It is also a great opportunity to find an empathy buddy!

We will be using Feelings and Needs lists during the meeting, if you don’t have a copy you can download the NVC practice pack here.

*Please note that if you want to volunteer a situation please try and make it a 3-5 out of 10  severity (with 10 being the worst)
