In this weekend workshop we’ll explore, experience and unlock the power of empathy and self-empathy.
You’ll get a hands-on experience with the art of empathic listening - a way to support trust, compassion, and allowing a deeper connection to happen.

We’ll practice listening until we fall in love with the core behind opposing opinions. 

We’ll practice expressing ourselves with an open heart - vulnerable, authentic and still inviting for connection. 

This 2-hour workshop will be very hands-on in your life and with a lot of exercises (70% interactive, 30% theory). It won't look much like a lecture.
We will tackle judgements, empathic listening and how our language patterns live on our bodies.
