Welcome to our thirteenth English Nonviolent communication practice. This is your opportunity to practice NVC with others. Participants are invited to share a recent situation and the group will guess feelings and needs to construct the 4 step model sentence. We can also guess together the feelings and needs of the other side*. It is also a great opportunity to find an empathy buddy! We will be using Feelings and Needs lists during the meeting, if you don't have a copy you can download the NVC practice pack here. *Please note that if you want to volunteer a situation please try and make it a 3-5 out of 10Â severity (with 10 being the worst)
In this free introduction we create exercises for you to experience Nonviolent communication. Rather than getting into theory this evening is mostly about exploring and experiencing different ways to listen, talk and getting inner clarity.Â
These sessions are about how we can care for the relationships that are important for us; with our partners, parents, children, friends, co-workers etc. We create exercises to show you how to clear up miss understandings, give gratitude, ask for something important to you, share something you are longing to share but are worried how the other one might take it. In other words, how to create more trust, and emotional intimacy in your relationships. These are kind of drop in classes and you can come every week or only sometimes.
In this intermediate course we will teach: Deepening the skills of self-connection, empathy and honesty Applying NVC to look with more compassion and depth into ourselves, and changing the world around us, by changing ourselves How to deal with conflict situations to find win-win solutions. How to give feedback in a clear and constructive way Ways to tell other people what we are doing in NVC, and sharing our passion
In this basic course we will teach: New ways to understand people no matter how they express themselves Get deeper insight into yourself and maybe dissolve some pain, depression, fear or anger. New possibilities to "deal" with people you experience as difficult. The difference of strategies and needs, and how we can understand and connect with (almost) everybody with their needs and motivation. From there we can build sustainable cooperation and relationships. A way to find and express your own boundaries
